Merchant can get his FP registered vai SR on assisted channel after successful initial funding and also has an option to opt for ‘Video FP capture’ via VKYC mode.
This FP capture option is provided to EMD acct holder. EMD acct holder will get an option on Mitra app to get his FP captured during a video call. During this session, Call Centre Executive will guide the merchant to capture his/her FP on a live video call as per the process.
In assisted FP capture mode, EMD customer will have to get his FP captured via SR by visiting a merchant/branch or FOS.
