Ans. We will remind you to fund your account with sufficient balance to renew your policy through SMS. For successful renewal, we would request you to go through the contents of the SMS and fund your account accordingly with the amount mentioned in the SMS.
How will I get to know, whether my policy is renewed?
Ans. You will get SMS notification that your policy is renewed.
How will i receive Certificate of Insurance of the renewed policy?
Ans. You will get an Internet Banking Link in the SMS with the confirmation that the policy is renewed. The customer has to log into internet banking using his credentials to get the COI copy.
