Deceased Claim
In the event of death of a Current account or Savings account holder, the balance in the account of the deceased needs to be transferred to Nominee/Legal Heir and the account needs to be closed. The nominee or relative of the customer has to inform the Bank that the customer has deceased.
Please note -
The nominee/legal heir can also inform about the customer deceased on customercare@finobank.com. Kindly attach death certificate with account detail.
1. Death certificate of deceased customer
2. If nominee is registered than KYC copy of Nominee: (Refer Annexure I for detail)
3. If nominee is not registered than : (Refer Annexure I for detail)
4.Indemnity letter signed by Nominee/Legal heir (Format attached in Annexure 1)
